After the success of the 2012 Conference, Better Building has proven itself to be an unrivaled industry event that showcases best practice in sustainable construction. The Better Building Conference is a unique opportunity to investigate the many opportunities and challenges for companies working in the Irish construction sector.
This conference brings a range of sectors, including professional bodies, product manufacturers and policy makers, into the same room to share ideas and solutions.

There are a wide variety of high profile speakers at this year's Better Building Conference: Paul King, Chairman of the Zero Carbon Hub; Ronan Lyons, housing economist; Thomas Mueller, CEO of the Canada Green Building Council; Olivier Rapf, director general of the Building Performance Institute of Europe; Brian Motherway, Chief Executive, SEAI.

With more than 40 speakers presenting in four parallel streams, and  topics such as “Passive House Innovation”, “Better Building through Regulation” plus great renovation case studies all featuring on the program, it’s an event not to be missed.

Saint-Gobain are proud to support this event, to drive the industry forward,  and Fintan Smyth Building Physics Manager, will take part in the Irish Construction Industry Panel Discussion on the day. Gyproc, Isover and Weber will have systems and solutions on display that can help overcome typical issues the industry faces for both new & old buildings, as well as technical experts to give advice and guidance.

Whether you are present on the day or not, you can still take part in the live debate on the industry by following #BBconf on twitter. For those looking to book a ticket, as conference sponsors Saint-Gobain can facilitate at discounted rate of €90 (as opposed to €180) Contact marketing@isover.ie
